Untangled - Simplifying Corporate Compliance

Why Does Compliance Training Suck?

Andriy Kirmach, Alex Davison, Jim Swift, Stephanie Wingrove Season 1 Episode 2

Your heart sinks, you just received an automated email informing you that it’s time for some mandatory compliance training.  Why must you suffer through this? What did you do wrong?  Never mind, perhaps you'll just be able to click "start" and then go and get a cup of tea whilst it plays in the background...

Despite best efforts, we all, including compliance professionals, dislike the majority of compliance training that we are subject to.  In this episode of Untangled, Stephanie asks the team to share the good, the bad and the ugly of compliance training and to suggest some ways in which it can be more effective, less painful and, dare I even say, enjoyable.
